1. We do not charge any restocking fee.

2. Warranty on the engine block, head, and manual transmission starts from receiving date.

3. Electronics, seals and accessories are NOT covered. ONLY ENGINE BLOCK, HEAD & TRANSMISSION.

4. Warranty does not cover shipping, Labour, Replacement or Other costs.

5. The engine and transmission must be installed by certified mechanic.

6. All engines are compression tested and transmissions are tested before being shipped. We do not ship defective items.

7. If this item needs any minor or major repairs, the item must be returned back. We do not pay for any part or labor (NO EXCEPTIONS).

8. Warranty of any seized or blown engines or transmissions by customer during warranty period due to unprofessional installation or any other reason is void.

9. Shipping charges are not refundable as well as returning shipping charges must be prepaid by customer.

10. Refund or replacement will be issued only after receiving the item back to our warehouse.

11. If damage occurs during shipping you must fill out a report at time of delivery with the driver and file a claim with the shipping company
