1. We do not charge any restocking fee.

2. Warranty starts from receiving date on the transmission

3. Electronics, seals and accessories are NOT covered. ONLY internal mechanical parts.

4. RECOMMENDED: CHANGE THE EXTERNAL SEALS BEFORE INSTALLATION TO AVOID LEAKAGE

5. Warranty does not cover shipping, Labour, Replacement or Other costs.

6. The transmission must be installed by certified mechanic.

7. IMPORTANT: USE ONLY VEHICLE MAKER SPECIFIC TRANSMISSION FLUIDS (FROM HONDA, MAZDA, TOYOTA, NISSAN, SUBARU AND MITSUBISHI DEALERS) GENERAL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUIDS WILL DAMAGE THE TRANSMISSION.

8. Use the torque convertor that comes with this transmission

9. All our transmissions coming out of running cars. We do not sell any defective transmission.

10. Incase of any malfunction please call us for help (hard shift, not shifting, not moving etc.)

11. If this transmission need any minor or major repairs the item must be returned back, We do not pay for any part or labor (NO EXCEPTIONS).

12. Warranty of any Seized or Blown transmission by customer during warranty period due to unprofessional installation, leakage or any other reason is void.

13. Shipping charges are not refundable as well as returning shipping charges must be prepaid by customer.

14. Refund or replacement will be issued only after receiving the item back to our warehouse.

15. If damage occurs during shipping you must fill out a report at time of delivery with the driver and file a claim with the shipping company.
